2. Measure an Existing Ring

If you already own a ring that fits well, you can measure its diameter and match it to our sizing chart available on the same page. Ensure you measure from edge to edge across the center for the most accurate reading.

3. Visit a Local Jeweler

For the most precise measurement, consider visiting a local jeweler. They can provide professional sizing to ensure your new Zayla ring fits perfectly.

Tips for Accurate Sizing:

  • Time of Day Matters: Measure your finger at the end of the day when it's at its largest.

  • Consider Temperature: Cold weather can cause fingers to shrink, while heat can make them swell. Aim for a comfortable room temperature when measuring.

  • Account for Knuckle Size: If your knuckle is significantly larger than the base of your finger, measure both and choose a size in between to ensure the ring can slide over the knuckle but still fit snugly.

Return Policy & Product Warranty

Our return policy allows returns for unworn products delivered in the last 14.

Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return, and 'Made To Order' items can only be returned for store credit.

You can expect your refund to be processed within 3 business days or fewer, after our returns department receives the returned item.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.

Refund process

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.


Non-Returnable items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to final sale, or other reasons. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.

The warranty lasts for 1 year from the date of purchase. If you experience any issues with your jewelry during this time, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to initiate a warranty claim. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or neglect, such as scratches or dents due to impact or exposure to harsh chemicals or environments. It also does not cover loss or theft of the item.

Zayla covers the shipping fees for your returns! No worries :) 

At Zayla, our made-to-order pieces are crafted just for you, with care and precision. Because of the unique nature of these items, our return policy for made-to-order jewelry is as follows:

  • Eligible for Store Credit: Made-to-order pieces, like our tennis bracelets, can be returned for store credit only within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, in its original condition, and include all packaging.

  • Final Sale Items: Personalized items, such as pieces with custom engraving or custom ring sizes, are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit. These one-of-a-kind creations are tailored to your specifications, making them non-refundable.

Jewelry Repair & Restoration

Sorry to hear that something happened to your jewelry! Not to worry - the beauty of solid gold jewelry is that it's typically very easy to restore and repair.

If your jewelry is in need of a repair during the first year since purchase, the repair will most likely be covered by our product warranty (see warranty for more details on coverage). 

If your jewelry is outside of warranty, we are still happy to facilitate a repair. Most repairs are fast and inexpensive!

To start a jewelry repair request, please send us an email at [email protected] with your order number, details of the repair needed, and photos. 

One of the many benefits of solid gold jewelry is that it can be polished and shined and restored to "new" condition. 

We offer a jewelry restoration service that's like a "spa day" for your jewelry. You can mail us your Zayla pieces for us to remove any scratches, dents or changes to the original shape. We'll polish it up and return it to you, good as new!

We can also re-size rings under this service.

Jewelry restoration costs $15 plus shipping, and generally takes 2-3 weeks.

Jewelry Restoration includes:

  • Polishing gold & gemstones
  • Removing dents and scratches
  • Checking and tightening stone settings and prongs
  • Re-shaping 
  • Ring re-sizing
  • Chain shortening or lengthening (lengthening may have an additional fee)

Order Status

You can contact our customer service team at hello@zaylanewyork.com. Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your message.

Orders can only be canceled before they have been dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our return policy for further instructions.

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes to the order. However, if you need to update your shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

Orders can be canceled within 3 hours.

Please email our team with your cancellation request as soon as possible.

You will receive confirmation of your cancellation if we’re able to make it happen.

After this period, we may not be able to cancel your order as it might already be in processing or shipment.

If you have already received an order confirmation email, it may be impossible to cancel your order. However, you can always request a return or exchange once your order arrives.

Order Tracking & Delivery

Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email will include a tracking number and a link to our tracking page.

Tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is placed. It can take up to 24 for the number to become active in our system. If you don't see any updates right away, please be patient and check back later.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected.

• Standard Delivery: Typically arrives within 5 business days.

• Express Delivery: Typically arrives within 2-3 business days.

• International Delivery: Typically arrives within 10 business days.

Include a photo of the item received and the name of the missing item(s). Please double-check the package for any notes or packing slips that indicate your other item(s) were shipped separately.

While we may not be able to guarantee your exact order is replaced due to potential stock issues, we’ll resolve the situation as best we can!

If no one was home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave the package in a safe location.

Orders with a value of over $500 will require a signature to be delivered.

Be sure to check around your home and with neighbors/building management who may have collected the package for you.

Also, please double-check the shipping address of your order (in the order confirmation email) to ensure it’s headed to the right location.

On some occasions, packages may be marked as delivered but take additional time to arrive.

We offer fast and free shipping for orders over $125 within the contiguous United States (does not include Hawaii, Alaska, or US territories).

Orders shipped outside the United States are subject to taxes and duties that are paid for by the customer.

Yes, we do offer complimentary expedited shipping for domestic orders over $200. We also offer expedited shipping for $5 for orders under $200.

Please keep in mind that the order processing can take up to 24 hours.
